Met de NCV Bijbelstudie app heb je alle tools voor je Bijbelstudies. Het bevat de Nederlandse Concordante vertaling, wat een zeer letterlijke vertaling van de grondtekst is. Klik op een woord voor extra informatie over dit woord en om woordenboeken te raadplegen. Ook kun je het interlineair bekijken - de Griekse tekst met onder elk woord de letterlijke betekenis en andere informatie over dat woord. Alles om te kunnen onderzoeken 'wat er staat geschreven'. Andere vertalingen en teksten kunnen afzonderlijk gedownload worden.

Ook kan je meerdere teksten parallel openen en met verschillende groepen ook verschillende tekstplaatsen naast elkaar openen. Ook zitten er krachtige zoekmogelijkheden op om teksten en het interlineair te doorzoeken op een enkel woord of meerdere woorden per vers.

Om de tekst persoonlijker te maken kun je notities toevoegen en verzen highlighten. Als je dan een account aanmaakt, worden je notities en highlights gesynchroniseerd op al je apparaten.

Naast de NCV en het interlineair bevat deze app:

Circles with Grandma is based on a pen and paper (or pencil and paper) childhood game. It's more advanced than tic-tac-toe (noughts and crosses) but it's still just as easy to play.

This "pass-and-play" game is meant to be played with 2 to 4 people. (If no friends or family are around, you can play against the computer.)

In this family friendly game, players take turns coloring in circles. The goal is to complete a row or column of circles. The one who completes the row or column gets a points for each circle in the completed row or column.

The goal is to complete a row or column. If a player completes a row or column, they go again. This leads to interesting strategies as the number of available spaces are reduced.

Watch out for combos!

This is a game that my family played in Brooklyn, about four decades ago. The aim of this app is to bring back the togetherness of family. The game is meant to be played in person, while using technology to remove the tedium of drawing a new game or coloring in the circles.

Each turn is as simple as a tap!

This unique feature lets you paint on the picture laid out as tiles next to each other.

Toggle this feature on/off in “Work in Progress”, in the menu that comes up when you click the “…” button, or by using the toolbar buttons situated immediately before Undo and Redo.

• PARAMETERS CAN BE CHANGED LIVE •
All the control knobs in the toolbar can be changed and adjusted while you paint, by using the number keys (1, 2, 3...) on your keyboard.

• EASY AND QUICK TO USE COLOR PALETTE •
Changing the color is only a click away.
The colors in the palette can be rearranged, adjusted, added and removed.

• FULL SCREEN PAINTING •
The Mac’s full screen mode is supported.
You can remove the toolbar if you place the pointer on it and scroll toward the screen/window edge, or if you press the Tab key on your keyboard.
To get it back, scroll inward from near the edge.
You can also move the toolbar to the other side by scrolling it in that direction, or by pressing Shift-Tab.
